Nature/Forest School Teacher + Student Support Aide (Full-Time)

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable educator to join our team in a unique full-time role that blends nature-based teaching, individualized student support, and intentional planning time.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, relationship-centered environment and is passionate about inclusive, nature-based education.
Weekly Rhythm:

1-2 days/week – Teaching in a mixed-age class

2-3 days/week – 1:1 student support

1 day/week (Friday) – Paid prep, planning, documentation, and team collaboration. Work from home most Fridays. Every other week team meetings are held in person.
